To keep this as the good Lord intended, wash it inside-out at 30°C and then hang dry. Don't iron the design, and definitely don't tumble dry. Tumble driers kill polar bears, more importantly though they shrink your clothes, so instead of looking intentionally fucked, they actually are fucked. And not in a good way.
